We typically present ourselves as part of our clients' teams and guide them every step of the way when dealing with potential investors. Naturally, if we’ve been engaged to prepare a business plan or valuation, we are the best positioned to defend our clients' proposal when pitching to investors; however, this is not a pre-requisite. We have advised clients with their own materials before and have helped them raise money successfully.
